We are not liable for:

Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators)
Travel delays, cancellations, or changes made by providers
Interruptions or errors in service
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, etc.)
Loss or damage to personal property during travel
Personal injury or death during travel

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Total Travel LLC and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
